Behind every successful concrete repair project is preparation, precision, and the right equipment. This photo captures a Legacy Supportworks technician preparing polyurethane materials used for concrete leveling in West Texas.
In this job, our team was getting ready to inject high-density polyurethane foam beneath a sunken concrete slab. Over time, soil erosion and shifting ground conditions—common across areas like Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, Abilene, and surrounding communities—can cause concrete to settle, crack, and become unsafe.
Inside our mobile work unit, the technician is carefully calibrating the injection equipment and materials to ensure the correct mixture and pressure. This step is critical for achieving precise lifting and long-lasting results. The hoses and tanks shown are used to deliver the polyurethane foam beneath the concrete, where it expands to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the slab back into place.
Once the system is ready, our team injects the material through small, strategically placed holes in the concrete. The process is fast, minimally invasive, and allows the surface to be used again in a short amount of time.
This behind-the-scenes look highlights the care and expertise that goes into every concrete leveling and repair project by Legacy Supportworks. From preparation to execution, our goal is to provide durable, reliable solutions that restore safety and stability to your property.
