The front porch of this home was sinking and allowing water to drain back underneath the home.

Our crew lifted the porch and sealed the joints with our patented products and now the homeowners

have a "new" porch!

This home sits with a picturesque view of Lake Allen Henry in Justiceburg, TX. The homeowner noticed that the concrete

around the house was settling more and more over time and that large voids had even formed underneath the edge

of the slab. They were concerned that rattlesnakes could nest in the areas and it would be dangerous.

Our crew lifted the concrete and filled the voids to prevent rodent and reptiles from nesting underneath.  After they lifted

it back into place, they sealed the joints to divert water away from the concrete and foundation. 

This home had crawlspace beams that were cracking and lacked stabilization. 

Years of shimming had only been a "band-aid" fix and this customer was looking for a

permanent solution.

Our crew installed steel beams and steel smartjacks on engineered fill.

The result was a permanently stabilized floor!

Waterproof basement that was contantly damp/wet and musty, we installed Sump Pump, Clean Space and SandiDry to solve Ms Griffin's concerns.
