This Gladstone patio was laid in concrete and grouted together with three sides being surrounded by the house. The 50 foot side against the home was sinking 2-3 inches and allowed water to stand and drain underneath the residence.

This week we lifted a very large interior slab that was sinking over an inch. Some of the walls were hanging loosely as the slab had pulled away from the bottom plates. After having a plumber determine that there were no water or sewer leaks under the slab, we used our specially formulated Polylevel injection to lift the slab back into place.
