This Bushland sidewalk was sinking due to shifting soils and holding water. The water was staining the concrete and the homeowner's guests had to walk through water to get to the front door.

Our crew lift and stabilized the driveway and installed a Concrete Protection

System on the remaining driveway. They then removed any old sealant and

resealed all of the joints. 

This commercial boiler room in Friona was due for a boiler replacement. However, the concrete slab supporting the existing boiler had several voids beneath it that would be a major risk during the installation process. The slab is now stabilized and will not sink or move when the new boiler is being installed.
